Online bookie 10Bet have announced a new deal with the South Africa Football Association (SAFA). 10Bet have become the official betting partner of the South Africa Men’s National Soccer Team, better known as Bafana Bafana, signing a four year partnership.

Sports betting site 10Bet have announced a new deal with the SAFA, becoming the official betting partner of the South Africa Men’s National Team, better known as Bafana Bafana.

The new partnership will see 10Bet become the new betting partner of the Men’s National Team for the next four years. This four-year partnership includes the next two Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournaments, meaning 10Bet will be the official partner of the Men’s National Team for two major football tournaments.

As the Men’s National Team prepare for the upcoming AFCON, South Africa Football Association President, Danny Jordaan, has expressed that the deal has come at a great time, with full publicity for 10Bet:

“You will see the brand when the team is training and when the team is playing,” said Jordaan.

Partnership Aims To Be ‘At The Centre’ Of Fan Engagement

This new partnership between 10Bet and Bafana Bafana is said to be ‘at the centre’ of fane engagement opportunities, and will create ‘lasting impacts’ through community initiatives.

Chief Revenue Officer at 10Bet, Michelle Henriques Colborne, had this to say on their new partnership with South Africa Men’s National Team:

The online betting sites have stated that they are ‘thrilled’ to work together with SAFA, the sport’s governing body. They see the SA Men’s National Team as an ‘essential part of the country’s lively sports culture and the fan’s passions’.
