Question: Do you think Piers Morgan was being misogynistic with the line of questioning to Elle Brooke?
Ebanie Bridges: He’s like that though isn’t he and she would have known going onto that he’ll be coming across like that. But she’s very strong-willed and confident, in what she knows what she’s doing and is very intelligent actually – so I think she handled it very well. But he (Piers Morgan) does that to get people talking – doesn’t he – and asks questions people might be afraid to ask. But she gave it right back.
Question: Brandon Scott – I saw him on your Instagram story – he seems to be a big fan at the moment?
Ebanie Bridges: He’s lovely actually – he’s a good kid – it was good fun. Not ‘noncy’. But he knows what he’s doing, he’s so young – he needs to promote himself, which is why I left some comments for him. It’s brilliant to see and I said to him – all jokes aside, I think you’ve done brilliantly and smart with the ideas he’s got to promote himself. He said his family are very creative and that he drew a lot of inspiration from me and looked up to me. So, it’s given him a lot of inspiration and thanked me. And apparently, he can fight! I’m really excited for him and can’t wait to see what comes out next for Brandon. And I think he’s going to be a great character in the sport and could be a ‘mega superstar’ with his boxing ability and his personality.
Question: Do you like James Bond Films? Have you ever thought about throwing your hat in the ring for being a Bond Girl?
Ebanie Bridges: I think Bond Girls are tiny – but maybe a female James Bond, or even James Bond’s daughter – I’ll be that!
Question: Speaking of speed and one of the masters – Floyd Mayweather – did you catch his fight recently vs John Gotti III – it ended in a bit of a farce?
Ebanie Bridges: I saw a bit but didn’t really look into it – I saw there was some sort of brawl after, or something – but it’s not really what I’m into and not really boxing. And what Floyd is doing there is very much like Tik-Tok boxing.
Question: There’s been talk of you and Kell Brook being good friends, has that played a part in your move?
Ebanie Bridges: Na, doesn’t have anything to do with my decision on moving north. But yeah, Kell is a good friend and it will be good to be up there close to friends – including Nicola Hopewell – and really a lot of my community is up north.
Ebanie Bridges is an Australian professional boxer and OnlyFans model. She has held the IBF female bantamweight title since 2022. Bridges competed as an amateur and won gold in the women's bantamweight event at the 2016 and 2017 Australasian Golden Gloves. The Australian has been nicknamed the 'Blonde Bomber' due to her hair colour and her coach Arnel "Bomber" Barotillo. Bridges has a record of 26–4 in her amateur boxing career between 2016 to 2018 and a 9-1 in her current pro boxing career from 2018 to present.
