Here at, we used AI software to determine who is the most handsome manager at Euro 2024, ahead of the international tournament which kicks off in Germany on the 14th of June.

The software itself works by using state-of-the-art computer vision and deep learning algorithms to calculate the attractiveness score out of 10.00.

This means that the tool can figure out how humans would rate attractiveness by using machine learning and computer vision to calculate an accurate attractiveness score based on just an image.

So, who came out on top out of all the Euro 2024 managers in our attractiveness test?

  • Julian Nagelsmann is the most handsome manager at the Euros this year (7.10)
  • The oldest manager on the list is Ralph Rangnick who placed seventh (5.71)
  • England boss Gareth Southgate earns a respectable 5th place (6.03)
  • Didier Deschamps completes the list in tenth spot (5.12)

Top 10 Most Attractive Managers At The 2024 Euros

  1. Didier Deschamps – France – 5.12

Didier Deschamps

Just breaking into the top ten most attractive coaches at this summer’s Euros is France boss Didier Deschamps, who can be fairly pleased with a score of 5.12/10 at the age of 55. Having managed the national team since 2012 Deschamps is the longest serving boss on this list by some way.

  1. Vincenzo Montella – Turkey – 5.15

Vincenzo Montella

Turkey manager Vincenzo Montella just beats Didier Deschamps to ninth spot on the AI attractiveness scale with a score of 5.15. As one of the few managers on this list with a full set of hair and youthful looks still intact, it comes as a slight surprise that the Turkey boss ranks so low with the AI.

  1. Luis de la Fuente – Spain – 5.43

Luis de la Fuente

Spain’s international team isn’t quite the force of old these days, but manager Luis de la Fuente just cracks into the top ten on the attractiveness test with a score of 5.43/10. The 62-year-old may have challenged for top spot in his playing days, but as time has passed his full head of hair and moustache have both left the former Bilbao player, leaving him in a still respectable 8th place.

  1. Ralf Rangnick – Austria – 5.71

Ralf Rangnick

Former Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick is one of the oldest managers on this list, but the Austria boss still scored an impressive 5.71 with his rugged looks working well on the attractiveness tool.

  1. Serhiy Rebrov – Ukraine – 5.82

Serhiy Rebrov

Ukraine manager Serhiy Rebrov has taken charge of just 11 games for his nation so far, but he has lost just one game in an impressive run building up to the Euros. The former Ukraine international earned a score of 5.82 on our AI attractiveness scale and he can look forward to a busy summer knowing he made it into the top ten most attractive bosses at the tournament.

  1. Gareth Southgate – England – 6.03

Gareth Southgate

Hoping to finally lead the Three Lions to international glory this year at the Euros is England manager Gareth Southgate, who was actually crowned the fourth sexiest man in the UK in a recent nationwide poll. Southgate earned a respectable score of 6.03 on the attractiveness tool, but only a first place medal will interest the boss this summer with England coming into the tournament as the betting favourites.

  1. Dominic Tedesco – Belgium – 6.21

Dominic Tedesco

Dominic Tedesco was hired as Belgium manager just last year, and ahead of his first major tournament for the Red Devils he is already picking up points with the AI attractiveness tool. The 38-year-old is the second youngest boss to feature on our list with the only manager born before Tedesco ranking number one.

  1. Edward Iordănescu – Romania – 6.27

Edward Iordanescu

Romania manager Edward Iordănescu breaks into the top three most attractive managers at the Euros this year, with just two coaches scoring higher than the 45-year-old. Iordănescu was hired as Romania’s international coach in 2022 and despite a tricky start in charge, he has lost just one of his last 13 matches coming into Euro 2024.

  1. Murat Yakin – Switzerland – 6.43

Murat Yakin

Just missing out on top spot this year is Switzerland coach and former player Murat Yakin, but the 49-year-old will certainly be happy with a top two finish. Switzerland has one of the toughest groups in the Euros this year, with the hosts Germany likely to lead the way ahead of Scotland and Hungary in group A.

  1. Julian Nagelsmann – Germany – 7.10

Julian Nagelsmann

Coming in at number one on the attractiveness scale is Germany manager Julian Nagelsmann, with the youngest manager on the list standing head and shoulders above the rest of the bosses with a score of 7.10. As hosts of the Euros this year Germany are sure to be one of the most serious contenders at the Euros and having a manager as successful as Nagelsmann will only help them in their journey.
