Man City Win FA Cup Good Looks Title Ahead Of Bitter Rivals Man Utd
Manchester City won their fourth successive Premier League title last weekend, becoming the first English team to achieve the feat in history. Saturday’s FA Cup Final rivals Man Utd have won three in a row on two occasions, but have been overtaken by their noisy neighbours as the first club to ever win 4 Premier League titles on the spin.
Pep Guardiola’s side have enjoyed huge success over their Manchester rivals in recent years, and have once again beaten Erik Ten Hag’s team in the attractiveness title. It seems that not only are City head and shoulders above United on the pitch, but they are leagues ahead in terms of handsomeness too.
According to AI based on 16 players from each squad, Man City players are collectively more attractive than that of Manchester United. Pep Guardiola is used to beating Erik Ten Hag and Man Utd as a club since his arrival in Manchester, so this is yet another victory for the Spaniard over the Old Trafford men.
Man City more attractive than Man Utd by 5.12 points (Man Utd – 104.16, City – 109.28)
Using AI attractiveness test software, Manchester City are a more handsome group of footballers than that of Man Utd as a whole. The Cityzens recorded a collective score of 109.28 out of a possible 160.00 points, whilst the Red Devils trailed their Manchester rivals by 5.12 points with a score of 104.16.
Players such as Mateo Kovacic, Ruben Dias, Josky Gvardiol and Jack Grealish have helped Pep’s Man City pip Ten Hag’s Red Devils to the FA Cup attractive title. Influential players such as Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne have been sensational on the pitch for City this season, but aren’t rated as highly as some of their teammates in terms of looks.
For Man United, their main men Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford aren’t seen as two of the more attractive players from their squad, according to AI. It’s no surprise to see the likes of Mason Mount, Luke Shaw and Christian Eriksen amongst the most handsome footballers at the Old Trafford based side.
Although Manchester United have a far richer history than City, including five more FA Cup’s, it’s the sky blue side of Pep Guardiola’s who have bragging rights in terms of attractiveness and good looks, according to AI.

Lee Astley, Head of News at BettingSites commented on the data, saying:
“It comes as absolutely no surprise at all to see Manchester City beat fierce rivals Manchester United in yet another competition. City are head and shoulders above United on the pitch, and it seems they are a far bigger hit in terms of attractiveness too, according to AI.
“Not one Man Utd player is ranked 8/10 or above, which is also testament to their player ratings on the pitch this season. The only eight the Old Trafford side got this season was their Premier League final position!
“Having Mateo Kovacic, Ruben Dias, Jack Grealish and Josko Gvardiol as the four most handsome City players certainly isn’t a surprise. Mason Mount and Luke Shaw ranked as the two most attractive players for Erik Ten Hag isn’t much of a surprise either, but we are shocked to see the likes of Antony and Harry Maguire so high, with Marcus Rashford, Diogo Dalot and Lisandro Martinez so low.”
AI Attractiveness Software Methodology
The software itself works by using state-of-the-art computer vision and Deep Learning algorithms to calculate the attractiveness score out of 10.00.
In other words, the site tries to imitate how humans would rate attractiveness. It uses machine learning and computer vision algorithms to calculate attractiveness scores from images.
We have compiled a list of 16 players from both teams and used AI software to give each player a rating out of 10.00. Thus, each squad has a combined rating out of a maximum score of 160.
